An introduction to our music teachers at Highclare Junior School

Posted: 10th September 2018

On Thursday 6th September the Highclre Junior School pupils had the opportunity to meet the extremely talented visiting music teachers, that deliver weekly instrumental lessons.

Each visiting music teacher took to the stage to show our pupils the instrument they play, what it looks like and how it sounds. Our fantastic singing teacher Miss Jones cast a witches spell with the children, where they explored many different sounds with their voices as well as learning a traditional folk song. This was a wonderful morning of introducing our pupils into the world of instrumental music and we hope that it has inspired them to learn an instrument at school. If you would like further information or would like your child to learn an instrument or receive singing lessons, please contact s.broder@highclareschool.co.uk.
