Book Week in the Junior Department

During Book Week at Highclare School, the Juniors decided to create story books suitable for 3 year olds. They used their Big Write sessions to plan and discuss their ideas. With lots of imagination and enthusiasm the pupils of J6R created colourful picture books which were pleasant stories often with a moral. Some used texture to enhance their literary creations alongside beautiful imagery full of rainbow colours.
The students took turns to read their compositions to the Transition classes at Highclare Woodfield and evaluated their book designs and stories  following the real life responses!
