The U3rds have recently visited Tamworth Castle to learn more about medieval life and warfare. We took part in two workshops during which we had the chance to try on medieval clothes and hold some very scary looking medieval weapons. Congratulations to Emily in U5 who recently won the British Tour at Edgbaston. Emily beat the number one seed (9 years her senior and ranked 300 in the world in women’s tennis) in the semi finals. Well done, Emily.
