During the summer holiday scheme, TOPS have been on trips the park, the Think Tank, Plantsbrook Nature reserve, a Fire station, Wacky Warehouse and the Cinema. The children have also enjoyed playing on a bouncy castle, face painting, street dance, baking, shaving foam play, making photo frames, clay sculptures and much, much more!

The recent wet weather has had its advantages! In Transition we have been learning about what ‘waterproof’ means. We went outside with a variety of different materials and had a lot of fun pouring water over them to see which let the water through. In the classroom we tested more materials independently.
