Children and staff at Highclare Woodfield have spent a busy year fundraising for ACORNS Childrens Hospice. From mixing Christmas puddings with ingredients kindly donated by Tesco, to jam making, the whole school has been involved. Last week Transition celebrated the Year of the Dragon! We took part in many activitiesincluding collaging a Dragon, usingchopsticks and making lucky money envelopes. During P.E we re-enacted the story of the “The Great Rat Race”. We even had our own Chinese Restaurant in the Classroom!
